i was charmed with my room. it was very spacious and so comfy. the hotel staff helped a lot and gave neat recommendations for the city, so nice. i got an early check-in, i appreciated it greatly. the night receptionist were really good, he helped us get a cab at 2 am.
i noticed the gym need some maintenance.

the hotel is right along the river, it made for a nice walk. the train station is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. a bus stop is just 200 meters away, very handy.

i really enjoy the breakfast buffet. it has many options and all tasted delicious. the restaurant had excellent dinner choices. the fresh flowers were pretty, so charming.

my room had climate control and it worked well. i also saw fresh water provided upon arrival. they have fragrant and fresh soaps. i loved seeing the panoramic wheel from the room window.

I found the staff very helpful. They provided great assistance with directions. Breakfast included various options. There were eggs, bacon, pastries, and fruit. The room was quiet. I slept well each night because of the blackout curtains.
I didn't like that the rooftop pool was small. It became crowded in the afternoons. Many guests wanted to use it. This made swimming difficult.

the staff was very friendly, I noted. rooms were clean. Breakfast included many choices, i saw. the rooftop pool and its views were a nice bonus.
the hotel seems little run down, i noticed. it could use a facelift. the room was super noisy on the second floor, i recall. the plumbing system kept me awake a lot.
