the location was acceptable near the train station.
I was quite frustrated with the room size. It was smaller than i expected for the price i paid. the cleaning staff also kept moving my belongings (which annoyed me a lot). i wish there was better attention to detail in managing guest items.

I found the staff to be very professional, made the check-in process smooth! The room was also well cleaned. Breakfast was a real surprise, with a great variety of fruits, cheeses, pastries and drinks. I also enjoyed the music, food and nightlife in the courtyard.
The room was alright but there was no place to unpack our clothing

The hotel is near the tram terminus providing easy access. Many restaurants are close to the hotel. Major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast offered a good and abundant selection.
The shower was barely big enough for one person. I would prefer a slightly larger shower area.

The hotel features an awesome sweeping staircase. There is an original 14th-century fresco on the 1st floor. A fusion of two original palazzos creates a fine hotel. This is a really interesting hotel.

i found the hotel entrance a bit tricky initially because it's part of garibaldi blu hotel. a waiter nearby guided me. the lobby is great, and the front desk staff were really helpful. breakfast included a wide variety of sweet and savory options plus they made a really excellent cappuccino.

the hotel is in piazza santa maria novella, a safe area. it is full of restaurants. the train station is very close, just a few minutes, which makes it practical for train travelers.

the staff always helped with our requests. i appreciated their willingness to assist. mateo at the front desk was helpful with anything and everything. danny was also very friendly.
