FANTASTIC stay!

modern hotel friendly staff central location pleasing food

I found the hotel quite modern though some finishing touches are needed. The staff were VERY friendly and super helpful. Its central location allowed a short walk to the town. I thought the food offering was VERY pleasing.

I noticed some small details needing improvement in the hotel's overall finish

the breakfast was good. the staff in the bar were very friendly. i found the room to be adequate (i especially liked the size of the room). the location was also pretty good, close to public transport.

the amenities in the room were not replenished daily. i had to request an iron, and they wanted me to return it immediately after use. they said they didn't have enough for all guests.

i found the breakfast quite rich. it was good to walk to the city centre. the hotel connected to parking, which i liked.

the bed wasn't really comfy. the bathroom lacked many amenities, i noticed a kleenex pack with few sheets. no bottles of water were there.

The staff greeted me warmly. They also provided helpful assistance with directions. I found the hotel parking beneath the hotel very convenient. I liked the cafe with good coffee.

I found the lack of replenished amenities an issue. I expected fresh supplies daily. I also found it inconvenient to request an iron for immediate use.

This hotel features a secure underground car park, perfect for bikers. The rooms offer great value, particularly the twin rooms. I found the staff to be amazing and very helpful. I was happy with modern bathroom.

I noticed the hotel lacked some attention to detail. No iron was available in the room and laundry collection failed. Those were the only little things I wasn't pleased about.
