keyless access free coffee small room limited reception
I found the checkin system quite efficient. The keyless room and building access worked well. Free coffee and muffins provided were a nice touch. The rooms looked spacious.
The room I had was small, and I felt it lacked a personal touch. The reception was not staffed after 2 pm, so it resembled an Airbnb. This was not a major problem, but it differed from expected hotel service.

lack of shampoo room code
the location was acceptable, with easy access to local spots.
i hated the lack of shampoo in the shower. also, they gave me a room code that already gave access to another guest. it took over an hour to get another room assignment via whatsapp, what a mess.

small room limited facilities
The free coffee and sweet snacks at the entrance were unexpected and welcome.
The room was quite small and lacked essential facilities. There was no kettle or fridge. The front desk is only staffed until 2 PM. If you need assistance after that time, it is inconvenient. the experience was underwhelming for the price.

the hotel had free coffee available in the lobby, this was so useful. the hotel was very clean (i really noticed this!), and the location worked perfectly for me.

clean room helpful staff convenient location
The hotel was very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful . i found the location convenient as it was a short walk to zurriola beach. i liked the inclusion of free coffee in the lobby. It made mornings easier.
the room was slightly smaller than expected, but served its purpose adequately.
