really good stay with great service
spacious room lovely touches genuine service complimentary drink
the room was spacious and had lovely touches. the genuine service and staff were the highlight of my stay. the staff member who served our evening meal and breakfast had a lovely warmth. we received a complimentary drink at the nearby pub with our dinner, a nice touch.
i noticed the tv did not function properly and the pillows felt cheap.

the beautiful double room was large. the bathroom featured a hairdryer and ironing board. it was located a short distance from a bus stop with frequent services to the city center.

Excellent Stay. Minor Issue
clean room comfortable bed perfect location underfloor heating
The room was spacious and clean! I found the bed very comfortable. The location proved perfect for my visit. Transport links were also quite good. I appreciated the modern design and the underfloor heating, though the central heating also worked well.
The beverage tray felt a little average! though I am not sure why. This is a very minor detail.

The rooms feature themes! each with its unique personality. The hotel included central heating and underfloor heating, and I could use all provided items. The hotel is close to city centre.

The staff was helpful. The pub staff politely escorted me to the hotel room two doors down, showing attention to service. The bar provides Scottish breakfast. Black pudding and haggis are available. The pub has a great atmosphere, food, and drink.

poor mattress terrible sleep
the spacious room met my expectations. it was well decorated too
I was a little disappointed to discover there was no air conditioning. I had to keep the windows open, and it was noisy! the mattress wasn't comfortable either. It was terrible to sleep on. i didn't sleep well

the room had tea making facilities. i found the shower great. i also appreciated the proximity to independent shops and cafes, near to lots of nice cafes.
