Convenient and Clean
comfortable bed coffee facilities
The location offered easy access to a nearby tube station, only minutes away. The room was tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities WERE great.
The tv was broken and staff seemed unable to help. There were no tea bags in the room, and the staff told me to get my own. There was no shower curtain. The bathroom got SOAKED after every shower.

Excellent Stay Near Hyde Park!
superb location clean room easy access smiling staff
This hotel has a superb location near three tube stations. I was also delighted to discover that the park is really close. The room was clean, and an elevator made access easy. Staff were always smiling, and they was happy to chat. I thought it was a real bonus that they remembered me as a frequent guest.
The shower lacked a screen, so the bathroom floor got wet.

amazing stay, cozy and convenient!
quiet area european outlet
i loved how easy it was to reach the city center! the location is super convenient and situated in a quiet area. i was also kinda surprised to find a european electrical outlet in my room. this small touch.). the quiet surroundings ensured i got a restful night's sleep.
my room was warm, and unfortunately, the window barely opened. this made it difficult to get fresh air, and i found it hard to regulate the temperature. baggage storage was said to be available but the receptionist said that there was no baggage storage available.
