The location offered easy access to a nearby tube station, only minutes away. The room was tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities WERE great.

the location was quiet near hyde park.
i booked an executive double room after seeing the pictures, but this was the most disappointing room i have ever stayed in. the photos look beautiful, but my room was grubby, and the bathroom surfaces had not been washed down. the floor was dirty, i felt frustrated!!!

Excellent Stay Near Hyde Park!

This hotel has a superb location near three tube stations. I was also delighted to discover that the park is really close. Staff were always smiling, and they looked happy to chat. I thought it was a real bonus that they remembered me as a frequent guest.
The shower lacked a screen, so the bathroom floor got wet.

The staff was nice and helpful. My room received daily cleaning. Leaving my luggage after checkout was permitted and useful. The location was close enough to public transportation.

i loved how easy it was to reach the city center! the location is super convenient and situated in a quiet area. i was also really surprised to find a european electrical outlet in my room. this small touch.). the quiet surroundings ensured i got a restful night's sleep.
