The staff members were super friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome the whole time. The rooms were SO clean and had everything I needed. A candy was left on the pillow. The breakfast was delicious. It had many choices. The garage stairs have direct access to the hotel.

the location was great as i needed to be near the train station, and the staff, while busy, seemed okay.
The room was really basic and smelled faintly of old socks. I think they forgot fresh air or something, and my shower head only dribbled, not a good start to the day.

I stayed in a quadruple room. it accommodated 4 adults comfortably. the breakfast options impressed me, especially the coffee and tea selections. the hotel's proximity to the train station was quite convenient. It was just a short walk.
i noticed the cleaning staff started early, before 7 am. they were quite noisy with loud conversations. the noise from moving equipment around was also disturbing. i found this disruptive to my rest.
