excellent locationfriendly staff
the hotel location was excellent as i could visit many places just minutes away on foot. the friendly staff also provided water with fruit opposite reception, a nice touch. my superior double room was really spacious.

I found the location to be convenient, just around the corner from the casino and the main shopping area. The discounted parking across the road was a definite plus! and I really liked the lovely bar area. Everything was so clean and well maintained. I even loved the amazing smell in the reception!
The air conditioning ran constantly. I arrived late into the evening. The room felt very dry, so sleeping was not easy, and the double bed was uncomfortable. I ended up with a very stiff back and hip.

My Superior Double Room included blackout curtains. I had the best night's sleep in a long time. The room felt spacious and warmly decorated. The bathroom was particularly clean.

The hotel is centrally located. It is within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. I was able to take a short walk to Christmas Markets. I really enjoyed being so close to the shops.

i found the room quiet and it had smart furnishings. the bed were very comfortable, one of the best i have slept in at hotels. reception staffs were polite and efficient on arrival. check in and check out was quick.
the wifi had many restrictions, streaming applications don't work as they are blocked.
