The staff at the front desk were quite helpful. The location provides easy access to many attractions. I particularly appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks offered throughout the day. The hotel includes breakfast with made-to-order eggs.

The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, it made the room too cold. The mattress in the room felt very thin. I noticed masking tape covering the smoke alarms, that seemed unusual and unsafe.

The air conditioning seemed more decorative than functional in my room. it barely made a dent in the temperature. I found myself wishing i had packed a personal fan. I considered taking the stairs even with my luggage

i was pretty frustrated with a few things . the coffee machine in the room had not been emptied from the previous guests, a bit off-putting. also, i found the breakfast to be subpar. pancakes tasted like they came straight from a packet, and fruit was gone well before the end of breakfast service (this was around 2024-04-10).
