The staff at the front desk were quite helpful. The location provides easy access to many attractions. I particularly appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks offered throughout the day. The hotel includes breakfast with made-to-order eggs.
The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, it made the room too cold. The mattress in the room felt very thin. I noticed masking tape covering the smoke alarms, that seemed unusual and unsafe.

weak air conditioning slow elevator
The air conditioning seemed more decorative than functional in my room. it barely made a dent in the temperature. I found myself wishing i had packed a personal fan. also, the elevator operated with the speed of a snail. I considered taking the stairs even with my luggage

The breakfast had sufficient options I found the location close to most attractions
I found the air conditioning or heating not working in my room it was very cold outside also the mattress was thin I was uncomfortable.

unemptied machine subpar breakfast
i was pretty frustrated with a few things . the coffee machine in the room had not been emptied from the previous guests, a bit off-putting. also, i found the breakfast to be subpar. pancakes tasted like they came straight from a packet, and fruit was gone well before the end of breakfast service (this was around 2024-04-10).
