Staying at this hotel was quite a mixed experience for me. The rooms were massive with a large bed and sitting areas, making the stay very comfortable; however, I felt that the staff were not very interested in me as a guest, especially since I had booked a standard basic room. The location is fabulous, right on Sloane Square, offering a great base for sightseeing and enjoying the vibrant area.
