poor ventilationcold breakfast

the room felt quite cramped. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, leading to moisture buildup after showers. a noisy group outside disturbed my sleep one night, and i couldn't find anyone to report it to after hours. the self-service breakfast was okay, but some items were cold.

the LOCATION was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything i needed. the room had it's own little front door which was very convenient. beds are comfy and rooms are clean. the pizza was nice, with a good selection of drinks etc.

the bathroom towel rail had HEATED the bathroom to an unbearable level making the bathroom and hotel room feel uncomfortable.

the staff were friendly and always ready to assist, I noticed quick responses to requests at the front desk. staff ensures guests have what they require and they manage inquiries quickly. staff interactions are pleasant and effective.
