the tv in my room DIDN'T work, even after i told the reception two times.

The location was good. the outside sitting area and garden were really nice. the breakfast was very good. There were lots of choices.
the receptionists weren't very helpful. i asked about an iron, and she told me i had to buy one. the security safe in my room didn't work because it was missing a battery. the receptionist ignored my request for help.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the water taxi stop it made travel simple. the hotel staff offered help whenever i needed it which was so nice. my room received cleaning services every day that kept it fresh and tidy throughout my visit.
i found the breakfast staff acted impolite they showed disrespect. the woman was rude. the fruit was also tinned peaches and tinned pineapple. they should improve.

The staff lacked hospitality, a significant disappointment. i asked for coffee one afternoon at the bar, and i was told it was unavailable with no explanation. the 'do not disturb' button seemed ineffective. The cleaner entered unannounced one morning.

I found the location very convenient, a short walk to both the zattere and accademia ferry stops (saved a lot of time!). the room had ample space for me and my family. i also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It featured a good variety of tasty selections.
i encountered a minor inconvenience. the tv remote in my room required new batteries, but it was promptly addressed.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It was close to many attractions. The breakfast had a good selection of items , but it was somewhat limited.
The front desk staff did not seem very helpful. I asked about an iron , but they said I needed to buy one. Also , the shower door in my room was broken.
