the room was a suite canal view. it had a comfy king size bed. i liked the bathroom, as it had robes and slippers. staff was happy and helpful.

i adored how accessible the location was via water taxi directly to the front door. the staff were friendly and provided helpful answers to all my questions. the breakfast buffet was a good start to each day with plenty of options.

i enjoyed the boutique hotel's venetian features. the room had a wonderful design and a great location. it was within walking distance to main attractions. the staff were friendly and ready to assist.
i found that paper cups were used instead of proper cups and saucers.
