average experience. LOCATION Good, other things not so much
musty smellinadequate response
the advertised images did NOT accurately represent the room i received. I booked a 'Beautiful Double Canal View'. Upon arrival, the room was much smaller than expected. A noticeable musty smell PERVADED the space. THE staff's response to my concerns was less than satisfactory, offering no alternative solutions.

The hotel has a great location near main attractions. The staff helped arrange taxi trips to the airport. The breakfast included cappuccino, I thought that was nice.
The air conditioner did not work a few days . The bathroom smelled like sewage. That was a concern. I also found the hotel overall just decent.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is close to the plaza and tourist attractions. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast offered a varied choice and good value.
The air conditioner did not work for three days. It was sweltering in July 2025. The bathroom smelled like sewage.
