average experience. LOCATION Good, other things not so much
musty smellinadequate response
the advertised images did NOT accurately represent the room i received. I booked a 'Beautiful Double Canal View'. Upon arrival, the room was much smaller than expected. A noticeable musty smell PERVADED the space. THE staff's response to my concerns was less than satisfactory, offering no alternative solutions.

The hotel has a great location near main attractions. The staff helped arrange taxi trips to the airport. The breakfast included cappuccino, I thought that was nice.
The air conditioner did not work a few days . The bathroom smelled like sewage. That was a concern. I also found the hotel overall just decent.
