elegant decoration canal view stressed staff limited space
The location is excellent. I found it very easy to walk to many attractions. My room was elegantly decorated and quiet. (I especially liked the canal view.)
The breakfast staff seemed stressed. They were always rushing. There was also limited room to move around when the breakfast area was busy.

excellent location beautiful hotel slow wifi crowded area
The location was indeed excellent, very close to st mark's square. the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly manuel. the hotel itself was beautiful. I found it very charming.
The wifi was good, but it could have been faster.

average experience. LOCATION Good, other things not so much
musty smell inadequate response
the advertised images did NOT accurately represent the room i received. I booked a 'Beautiful Double Canal View'. Upon arrival, the room was much smaller than expected. A noticeable musty smell PERVADED the space. THE staff's response to my concerns was less than satisfactory, offering no alternative solutions.

great location helpful staff taxi trip broken air conditioner sewage smell decent hotel
The hotel has a great location near main attractions. The staff helped arrange taxi trips to the airport. The breakfast included cappuccino, I thought that was nice.
The air conditioner did not work a few days . The bathroom smelled like sewage. That was a concern. I also found the hotel overall just decent.
