great location helpful staff very clean rooms comfortable base
i found the location great for seeing the city i chose the hotel because of its proximity to attractions. the staff helped me book a lovely restaurant i was impressed. the rooms were very clean the space was great and i felt completely comfortable. i found the hotel.
the bathroom had a slight odor sometimes it was still a nice place.

The hotel has its own pier it is perfect for taking a water taxi. Staff are super friendly and professional.
The overhead shower head needs a deep cleaning due to mineral buildup I noticed. The lobby decor seemed dated to me.

convenient location kind staff canal view
the location is very convenient for accessing major attractions. i found the staff amazingly kind and helpful (especially with directions). my room was lovely, offering a street and canal view.
the tv is an older model and i could not use the cast function.

excellent stay in a central location
gorgeous decor helpful staff useful jetty buffet breakfast
the hotel decor felt gorgeous throughout my stay. the staff proved very helpful, promptly addressing all requests. i found the hotel jetty particularly useful for catching a gondola. breakfast offered a buffet style service with a nice selection.
i noticed the overhead shower head had some mineral buildup, a bit difficult to use properly during showers.

the hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from both rialto and san marco. i noted a supermarket nearby, about five minutes away. plenty of restaurants are within easy reach from the hotel.
