friendly staff detailed directions super location
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i received detailed directions to the place via text, very reassuring. the location was super, with access to many sites.
The mattress could have been more comfortable. It wasn't ideal.

arlyn at the front desk was GREAT!!! she helped arrange a water taxi to the train station. she confirmed the taxi and walked me to it, ensuring i knew where to go, which i appreciated.

clear instructions dining room
i found i received clear instructions via whatsapp. it showed where to find the hotel and check-in procedures. the hotel breakfast was at a table in the dining room. the breakfast time i requested was accomodated.
the hotel entrance is in an alley. it felt a little daunting at first since i checked in later at night. there is a light, but it still gave me pause.

the staff provided such helpful instructions to find the place, i really appreciated this. breakfast was a simple italian style, it tasted good. i appreciate they let me leave my bags there after i checked out, this was helpful since my flight wasn't until later.
the room smelled very humid, this was unpleasant. i also noticed mold on the walls. the fridge in the room didn't work, i needed that.

friendly staff clear instruction
the staff were very helpful and friendly. i got messages via whatsapp asking when i would be arriving with very clear instructions on where to find it, including check in procedures. the breakfast is set up for you at a table in the dining room downstairs based on your requested time.
there were long and steep stairs plus dark and narrow rooms. the ceiling was low in the attic, and the furniture was old.

the staff communicated via whatsapp before arrival, offering helpful directions to the hotel. the room size exceeded my expectations. the building exhibited attractive architectural features. i found the proximity to the water bus stop particularly convenient.

charming stay near EVERYTHING
central location helpful staff complimentary coffee working air conditioning
the location was excellent , just a short walk to many attractions. i appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. the room included coffee , which i REALLY enjoyed. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool.
the stairs to my room were rather long, a bit of a struggle with luggage.

high ceilings helpful staff
the staff contacted me beforehand with directions (very helpful, that). they organized my keys and pass since i arrived late. the room had lovely high ceilings and a nice terrace.
the room was located at the top of a steep staircase (a surprise!).
