super central stay!

central location tidy room nice staff
this hotel impressed me much. the location was super central, very close to supermarkets plus metro station. i found the room quiet and tidy and it was cleaned every day. i had good wi-fi and the staff was very nice and let me check-in earlier which helped a lot.

breakfast included a great variety of items i noticed. i saw the staff being amazing, especially during breakfast time. the breakfast setup made me eager to have breakfast every morning i have never seen so many options.

the hotel location is convenient and great. it is a short walk from the spittelmarkt underground and near major tourist spots. i saw an italian restaurant across the street, it had good prices for pizza when i arrived late.

the double room included soft bedding i noted. it had a comfortable mattress and nice lighting i also noticed. i liked that parking was available at the hotel plus i saw good restaurants nearby for dinner too.

the reception staff were very helpful with queries i had. the welcome i received on arrival was warm and friendly. i was allowed to leave my luggage after checkout in the storage room, it had lockers for convenience.

advantageous location helpful staff missing fridge heavy comforters
the hotel's location was advantageous (i could walk to several attractions). the staff were helpful and pleasant.
the room lacked a mini fridge, inconvenient. the comforters were too heavy for the time of year.

moldy shower thin windows
The location was great and it was very close to an underground station, making it easy to get around.
The room was not very clean! The shower had mold, so I didn't use it. It was also cold, especially at night. The windows seemed thin, I could hear everything happening outside.

Excellent Location and Great Breakfast

convenient location large cups
The hotel is close to the metro station. It makes travel very easy. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast that included good quality products. I especially liked the large cups for coffee.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a problem. I could not store leftovers or cold drinks.
