The room was clean and bright. I found the location convenient to a subway station. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was ok.
Air conditioning in the room was not controllable. I had to open the window to get cooler air. The hotel did not provide an iron or ironing board. I would have liked to have those items.

i found the breakfast selection very good! it included several vegan options and fresh pastries. the personnel was helpful, assisting with directions and requests quickly. the hotel's decor created a nice vibe.
the gym was small, i think more equipment would have improved my experience.

the hotel has a great location near public transport (u-bahn and tram). my room was clean and well-equipped. the staff was polite and helpful . the complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a welcome bonus.
The flowers essence used was a little too strong. It might affect people with hay fever.

adequate stay, some issues
faulty air conditioning refused voucher
the location was acceptable, especially with its proximity to coffee shops.
i had a couple of issues . the air conditioning in one of our booked rooms wasn't working, and despite reporting it twice, nothing was done, we weren't moved because the hotel was supposedly full. i also received a voucher for two drinks as compensation, but the bar later refused it for cocktails or spirits, even though i was told otherwise (quite frustrating).

The hotel location was conveniently close to several bus, tram, and underground stops, I guess.
The room lacked tea and coffee facilities. I find this unacceptable, especially during winter, and paying five eur for coffee at the bar is just unbelievable..
