Really good Stay in a Unique Setting!

I enjoyed my visit! The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station access provided effortless city navigation. The hotel is inside a beautifully restored water tower from 1910. It gave my stay character and history. The lobby area created a great first impression.
The absence of available overed parking in a not so good neighborhood was a slight downside to the stay.

The hotel is close to the metro U3, a two-minute walk. A beautiful park is located nearby. I enjoyed relaxing strolls. The situation close to the metro made it easy to get around!

The location was pretty good. It was easy enough to get around, I suppose.
The bathroom was definitely NOT clean. I saw hair in the shower and around the sink. The staff seemed really uninterested in helping. They acted like MY questions were a BURDEN. the room was too warm. I could not adjust the temperature, and , made sleeping difficult

I had issues after checkout. The hotel charged the full room rate to my bank card despite my prior full payment. I called to speak with the accounts team, but no one was available, and my email went unanswered for over a week.
