the complimentary afternoon snacks were a real treat i enjoyed the convenient central location it made getting around easy the staff was friendly and always ready to help
the bed mattress was thin i found it quite flimsy the trash can in the room was also very tiny it filled up quickly i wish there was a refrigerator available

Fantastic Boutique Experience

helpful staff charming breakfast superb location
I found the staff very personal and helpful. Check-in was seamless. Breakfast was charming (I especially liked the pastries!) and the entire atmosphere worked well. The location is superb. I could walk to many sites. I enjoyed tea in the lounge at night and I really appreciated the room size.
I noticed a card suggesting reduced cleaning to help the environment. While the intention is good, this felt a little like the hotel was trying to save money.
