The hotel delivered the complete package with rooms spread over 2 repurposed floors of an old building, offering a great value for money. The service was spot on, perfecting the art of customer service and providing helpful assistance with directions and reservations. The location was a mixed bag, as while it was close to everything a tourist would need in Vienna, navigating the center with traffic and parking proved challenging. The dining experience was fantastic with rich and very tasty food options but lacked variety and included some salty dishes.
