charging portscomfy bedexcellent shower
i found usb charging ports in my room a perfect convenience since i often forget converters the room was clean i also liked the very comfy bed it made my stay relaxing the shower was excellent too providing a refreshing experience each morning
the hotel lacked an on-site car park

The room size was too small and it felt really cramped. The air conditioning wasn't working good. I think this hotel very expensive compared to what you get.

The hotel said they had a good price and confort relationship, but I think they overstate it. It was clean and the service existed, but everything really felt small. WiFi worked, I guess.

the beds were comfy. mattress toppers provided a great night's sleep after long days exploring. the staff i encountered were also friendly and eager to assist, a bonus!
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises throughout the night, even with ear plugs. It was a very slight issue though.

the hotel decoration had an elegant 30s style. the location near gare saint lazare provided a quiet area. the metro connections were convenient for exploring the city.

Breakfast offered a yummy selection of items. I found it a good start to the day. the hotel had the option to order room service for lunch. it was served either in the room or downstairs.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness and kindness throughout my stay. they solved all my questions and any problems from check-in to check-out. they offered good metro advice around the city.

double roomappalling experience
i asked if my room was made up as a twin room. i was told it was, but it was actually a double. the staff gave me bedding so i could sort out the sheets and duvets myself. in a four-star hotel, i thought this was appalling!!!
