the breakfast included a tasty buffet. the location was close to restaurants. the staff was attentive and eager to help.
The shower was a bit small. It was hard to move.

room upgrade breakfast option comfy room
connor at concierge helped everyone with his way. check in staff gave amazing room upgrade. breakfast had great options, and the room felt comfy. i will request to catch up with connor.
the hotel need simple improvement as a kettle in the room or toilet brush.

perfect location friendly service
This hotel's location is perfect to get everywhere around. the staff greeted me warmly and answered all my questions. i especially liked the available on-site restaurant. I had delicious breakfast there with friendly service.
i found that the wifi signal in my room was very weak. it was hard to browse the internet or stream videos in the room. i had to go to the lobby to get a reliable connection.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
superb location wide variety friendly staff
The location was superb. I was very close to shopping and pubs. It was surprisingly quiet at night, despite lots of activity. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Staff was friendly. The central location was excellent, near shopping and pubs.
I found signs of leaking on the ceiling and some rotting wood in the bathroom. I suspect this is due to the hotel being in an older building.

The hotel provides a hearty breakfast buffet with options like a Full Irish Breakfast. It was amazing!!! There was a good selection of pastries, fruits, and cereals, with plenty of seating available each morning.

My room had a comfortable bed and really good bed linens, I found it very cozy. The bathroom was spacious, with high-quality toiletries and fresh towels supplied daily, it was great.
