I was happy with my room and the hotel itself. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. the restaurant food had excellent flavour. it really was a nice introduction to the city. the staff were excellent. They were very professional and cute to me.
The check-in process wasn't great. I wasn't given much information about the hotel. also, the service was somewhat standoffish, it felt a little impersonal for my tastes.
