I found the staff very helpful. The room felt spacious and clean, and beds were comfy. There were many cushions. Room service was available. The menu was amazing, and it offered many choices.

The staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated that. the bedroom was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was well maintained. the bar had nice food available, and the on-site staff were helpful.
The shower had low water pressure, and the water was barely warm. the water from the hot tap on the basin was hot. It was a significant contrast. i also noticed that the bed was too soft, not the most comfortable.

i found friendly staff. the receptionist was quite helpful and efficient. the room included tea making items and toiletries, they were replenished daily.
The bed was too soft. It made my back hurt in the morning
