the hotel arranged airport transfers for me. communication was regular from the staff. i found a beach bag with towels in my room and even sunscreen.
the minibar refrigerator was quite loud at night though.

the staff were amazing. i appreciated the courtyard with its restaurants, especially jerry's burger bar. the burgers tasted amazing, and their prices seemed reasonable.
the area felt a bit dingy during the day.
