i chose a terrace pool room. the room had a mini-bar with complimentary drinks. the terrace included comfortable lounge chairs. i found the private pool very refreshing.

the elevator made a slight noise at night.

i really enjoyed my time here. the staff greeted me with 'welcome home' making me feel comfortable. dewald showed me to a spacious room that had beautiful appointments. the attention to detail included lemon and honey, complimentary snacks, nice toiletries, bathrobes, and a beach bag.

i stayed in a classic double room balcony it had a small refrigerator that was very useful the staff helped arrange transportation it went smoothly breakfast included many choices even for picky eaters there was a buffet and an a la carte menu.

the website photos are slightly misleading regarding the actual views from rooms

the room felt smaller than i imagined. also, the pool wasnt heated, i expected it to be. that was disappointing, especially for the price i paid. maybe its something they could improve, really would make a big difference.

friendly service great detail beach bag tasty breakfast

sean and congy gave really good friendly service. the attention to detail was perfect, like the lemon and honey. i appreciated the complimentary snacks and fully equipped beach bag. the breakfasts were delicious.

the a/c did not work the night i stayed. the memory foam bed is terrible for people with back trouble. the bathroom drainage can be heard whenever you flush, so it is very loud.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and had a wide variety of food choices. i found the location nearby camps bay beach convenient and lots of restaurants were within walking distance.
