the hotel sits across from the train station. this location makes access convenient with car, bus, or train. i noticed the staff were mostly helpful.

the room i stayed in showed its age. there was visible water damage in the bathroom.

the location was really convenient. it was close to the railway station. breakfast was also good.. there were many options. luggage was brought to my room. that was a very nice touch.

the room could use some upgrades. i noticed some damages needing fixing. the walls were very thin so i could hear everything next door..

The location was superb. Getting around was really easy. i found the breakfast to be a treat, with such a good selection. the hotel's proximity to public transportation made exploring so convenient for me.

one minor inconvenience was that the in-room safe was a bit small.

the staff were friendly and professional. ivan and erico in the bar and restaurant were particularly cute and helpful. checkout at noon allowed us to pack without any rush. leaving luggage after checkout let us explore the city on our last day.

the air conditioning in our wing was not working. it was late july and the room was very hot. the front desk only offered a fan.
