The staff was very helpful. They looked after my luggage both upon arrival and after checkout. The location is very convenient to the cruise port. The hotel has massive rooms.
I noticed that some of the plugs were far from the tables.

This hotel was close to the cruise terminal. This helped lots. Staff members were friendly and tried their best. The on-site restaurant food was delicious. I savored every bite. I liked hotel cleanliness and large room size.
I experienced some issues with noise levels in my room. I could hear outside noises, even with the doors completely closed. The hotel could improve soundproofing. I wish to have better quiet and better rest.

This place features a superb location, really close to the cruise port. I noticed its great placement for cruises. La Ramblas is near this hotel. There are good restaurant options around here.

Rooms are exceptionally clean here, and cleaning service happens every day. My room included comfortable beds and a good shower. I saw a minibar, a coffee machine, and complimentary water available in the room.

Staff are attentive and friendly at this hotel. The waiters in the restaurant were very helpful, and also kind. Staff tried their best to accommodate my needs. Tom offered a lot of help too.

great location and friendly staff

we were close to the port. the city and tourist areas were accessible by walking. there was a hop on hop off bus stop just outside (very convenient). the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms are contemporary and clean.
the pool was tiny. there was no communication in the room about opening hours or towel rentals. housekeeping knocked in the morning despite a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. i could not get a late checkout until i booked another room.

the staff was pleasant and accommodating. a clerk listened to my concerns about lost medicine, took steps to research, and made calls. i was able to retrieve my container and medication because of him. (it made all the difference).

the rooms are spacious. marble bathrooms feature options for baths and full body showers. the assigned room was much brighter and more comfortable. linen was clean and fresh. the beds are comfortable.

the location is excellent (very close to the conference). the long beach road is beautiful. the hotel is in the middle of almost everything a tourist wants to see. there are many places to visit nearby and easily accessible by walk.

The breakfast was varied and offered many choices. The staff provided help when needed , and were always kind. I also enjoyed the location.
My room looked somewhat dated , I believe. The soundproofing was insufficient , as I could hear noises from outside. The bed proved quite uncomfortable , like sleeping on a board.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, promptly answering every call I made to the reception. The hotel's location proved perfect since I was embarking on a cruise. It was just a five-minute drive to the port. The proximity to the beach and the Maremagnum mall was an advantage.
I noticed the gym did not have a wide variety of equipment.

My bedroom and en-suite bathroom were quite large and spacious (a nice surprise!). The marble bathroom included a bathtub, as well as a full body shower, offering options for relaxation.

The calm lounge and bar area had nice food available; this created a relaxed atmosphere. I particularly liked enjoying a quiet drink in the lounge after a long day.
