The daily maid service kept the room tidy it was acceptable.
The room was small I disliked the lack of space I also noticed the noise from the corridor was quite audible early each morning Staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned it.

Lovely Staff and Prime Location!

The staff was exemplary. George and Mariano greeted us warmly each day. Our suite was lovely and well kept throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. I ate there twice because the food was delicious.
The room was a bit dark.

The location is convenient. It is close to shopping and major sites. I could walk to many sites and the hotel is also near a major transit hub (including the train to the airport).

My room was classy and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully appointed. The hotel offers duplex rooms. Each one is different and a little quirky (which I loved!).

The staff were really good. They were always helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful and respectful. I also appreciate that the doormen.

The breakfast room features red roses and provided a delicious breakfast. The rooftop pool is perfect for sunbathing and chilling with cocktails in the evening. I found the hotel to be a great value.
