I stayed in a superior double room with two sofa beds and it was very spacious. the location was perfect for seeing many sights. breakfast had a wide selection of food items. I found it to be quite good!!!

shuko offered amazing customer service. their warm demeanor immediately. they were very professional and attentive to all my needs. i felt shuko consistently exceeded my expectations, and i appreciated it.
the hotel didn't provide water or a refill option, so i had to buy water.

the room was clean and well presented. the location is great and is within walking distance to many attractions. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with all my questions. i also enjoyed the convenience of having several affordable dinner options.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, but it didn't affect my stay at all

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
the 'executive queen room' felt quite basic akin to lower tier accommodations i found the room overpriced for what it offered maintenance issues were apparent the toilet flush was faulty and the shower door did not seal properly resulting in water spillage after each use the staff seemed unmotivated lacking enthusiasm.

The location allowed easy access to many attractions. i liked using the uber boat from millbank pier, a short walk away. the room offered comfort with ample space. This was beneficial. the provision of fresh towels daily contributed to a neat environment. i found the nearby bus stop very convenient for travel.
