The room was clean. I found a cute letter along with tasty chocolates, a kind gesture. The staff proved to be friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the hotel is very close to the metro, only a 2-minute walk.
A late checkout time is limited to 12 pm.

The staff were always available and reliable to assist with any needs. They arranged a cab for my early morning departure. I also found them to be quite knowledgeable about the area; it was very helpful.

this hotel rocks! i found the location so close to metro stations, it made getting around super easy. our room had this cute balcony, a total win! the hotel is cozy, like a home away from home. its so great for sightseers needing a clean place for rest. breakfast had so many options, the bacon and salmon was super yum. they have free sparkling water, a total lifesaver. public transport is super close by. i found the dryer so good, it dried everything overnight.
its not a huge deal but its there. other than that, its all good!

The receptionists provided excellent local attraction recommendations ,. My room featured a super clean interior and was well-appointed. The lobby offered unlimited coffee , tea , water , and cake throughout the day.
The ventilation fan sound was audible , but minimal.
