minor issues detracted from the experience
inconsistent breakfasthard eggs
The room lacked some expected amenities. there were no tea or coffee facilities available directly in the room. Instead, i had to go to a station on the second floor, but it was out of order. breakfast was also inconsistent. One day marmalade was, another day it didn't, despite my asking. the cooked breakfast wasn't hot, and the poached eggs were hard, quite the performance, really.
