The staff were friendly and talented, providing excellent customer service upon arrival, although the breakfast management needed improvement. The hotel is within the walled garden, close to the waterfront and the Christmas market, making it very convenient for exploring Exeter. The dining experience was served in a relaxed atmosphere, offering a selection including Eggs Benedict. The facilities are well-equipped and convenient.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped, but the lack of privacy in the bathroom was a drawback. The digital control for all services in the bedroom was convenient, and I enjoyed the nice coffee machine and beautiful toiletries provided. The superior double room lacked privacy in the bathroom.
