fantastic stay in a historic mansion!
historical blend attentive staff quiet location
I really enjoyed the blend of history and modern amenities. the staff was so attentive. I felt very cared for . the location was wonderfully quiet despite its central location, a real escape from the city bustle. i loved that i could easily relax within the hotel grounds.
the room service menu felt a bit limited, with not as many choices as i hoped for (but it wasn't a big deal).

invaluable insight unique atmosphere convenient jacuzzi amazing cocktails
The complementary guided tour offered INVALUABLE insight into the mansion's history. The breakfast room offered a unique atmosphere, it added to the overall experience. The in-house jacuzzi provided a convenient way to relax. I found the cocktails at the hotel bar AMAZING, especially the caipirinha.
I found that the tourist visits during the day impacted the atmosphere.

historic landmark rich culture insightful details
I had an very nice experience visiting this historic landmark! the interiors showcase the rich culture. iswandi was friendly and knowledgeable, giving insightful details about the place. his passion made the tour engaging. I highly recommend it.
our room wasn't cleaned every day at 3pm, and the towels in the bathroom looked old.

noisy street inconsistent shower pressure
the location was acceptable.
My assigned room was near a noisy street. Traffic sounds were constant. the minibar was not restocked daily, i had to ask several times. additionally, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries, like a shaving kit, and the shower pressure was inconsistent.

coffee machine bluetooth speaker good variety
the room had a lavazza coffee machine it also featured a bluetooth enabled speaker breakfast had a good variety of foods the staff did a nice cake cutting for our kids that was unexpected and a plus i used the complimentary bicycle rental to explore the area near the hotel.
music from a nearby bar was audible in my room at night i noticed earplugs are provided probably for that reason
