the staff were really friendly and the service was acceptable overall.
i found the air conditioning to be quite noisy and difficult to adjust. it seems an update is badly needed. there was also lots of nighttime noise that affected my sleep.

helpful staff tasty food heritage features amazing location
the staff were cute and helpful. the restaurant served very tasty italian food. the heritage features of the hotel were well maintained. the location was amazing. the breakfast reminded me of home.
the air con was noisy.

the room had lovely amenities. the bathroom and showers were great! the room was tastefully decorated. the bed was comfortable. large bottles of toiletries were also available.

The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. The hotel served dessert each day at 5 p.m., a good touch. The building had beautiful aesthetics and decor.
I noticed a musty, humid smell upon entering the lower level. The staff addressed it with only an aerosol spray. The air conditioning unit was noisy and not adjustable. It needs updating.
