our superior king river view room had a balcony and it overlooked the gardens and the river. i ate breakfast on the terrace, i savored the garden and river view. the staff assisted us with our luggage, which i appreciated. chef ruwani and aruna were very friendly. the boat ride was wonderfully relaxing.

The staff provided attentive service .

The room AC did not function well. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. there was a significant distance from the city center. Taxis were not readily available at the hotel, so I found it somewhat complicated to secure transportation when needed.

The room AC was not functioning well and it. despite reporting it, the issue persisted throughout my stay. i expected better maintenance for a hotel of this supposed standard. additionally, the breakfast options seemed overpriced for the quality offered. I found it quite costly compared to similar offerings elsewhere.

i found the live music very nice with a lively atmosphere. the river view from my room was very pretty and calming. breakfast was excellent as everything was freshly prepared. the staff was always polite and helpful .

The location is a short drive from the city center. Getting a taxi sometimes takes a little longer than i expected.

The hotel pool offers a lovely view of the river, a amazing sight. Staff members were very attentive . I also appreciated the short boat safari. The guide spotted a variety of birds and provided interesting facts about the river life.

I observed that the lounge bar floor required cleaning. No one looked to care about this. The breakfast was average in terms of quality and selection. my room air conditioning malfunctioned. This was unpleasant.
