AMAZING stay at a beautiful hotel

i LOVED the big swimming pool area. It has twenty loungers and also a shaded section. The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the staff was VERY professional and friendly!
Check-in took over one hour. There was NO place to sit. I had to stand in line.

i had a really clean room with a great lake view. the staff, especially supun at the front office, was amazing. he put in extra effort to keep things enjoyable.. ensuring a smooth check-in. overall, the service was really good, and i highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the city center.
i found the poolside bar and club caused some disturbance. loud music played until very late at night. sleep became a challenge due to this noise.
