The dinner buffet features a spread so plentiful. Dishes was delicious and varied. Tharindu and Keerthi at the restaurant gave attentive service. The room was clean, with many amenities included. It had two separate sinks. There was a rainfall shower.

fantastic food and attentive staff!
friendly staff tasty food
the food was a different experience with lots of chinese and thai options. the staff were friendly and always had a smile. they were always checking on us. nethmi was a highlight. the rice was especially tasty!!!

breakfast options attentive staff member bad ventilation humid room
I enjoyed the breakfast options. The hotel includes Sri Lankan dishes alongside Western and Indian food, a plus. The staff member Indisa, that served the dinner was very attentive.
I think the room smelled too humid. I got a bad cough because of the bad ventilation in the room. The windows also dont open. This does affect the quality.

fresh selection breakfast buffet warm staff well kept hotel disturbing noise slow service bar service
the breakfast buffet had a generous and fresh selection. i especially enjoyed the omelettes made to order. the staff were generally warm and eager to assist me with my needs (they really went the extra mile). the hotel is well-kept, even if it's not brand new.
i found the noise levels to be quite disturbing at times. this. the bar service near the pool was very slow (i waited a long time for a drink).

Really good Hospitality and Service
attentive staff diverse food helpful manager
I found the staff very attentive . Herby, one of the managers, was particularly helpful (he really were really nice). He made sure all my needs were met. The food options were diverse.
The air conditioner in my room did not function as expected. The temperature would not drop below 24°C, difficult to sleep. I suggest maintenance ensures all air conditioning systems work properly.

The Premium King Room featured comfortable beds with clean linens. I found the room well kept and tidy. It provided adequate space for luggage and movement, though a bit more lighting near the desk would be useful.

The staff guided me on the Sri Lankan seafood options. The white fish curry was delicious. FRIENDLY staff gave great service.
