the room was clean and the location is quite centric
the check-out process was not great i was told to wait while they checked the room this was like i was suspected of stealing something it was not a pleasant experience

convenient location rooftop pool
the location provided easy access to the bts skytrain. the rooftop pool had a sufficient number of loungers available, about 20 in total. a shaded area.
i noted a slight musty odor within the room upon arrival.

service issues detract from otherwise fine visit
slow check-in unsupportive bed
the check-in was slower than i would liked. i arrived and there was a wait, seemed that the staff member was new or system was a little slow that day. the room was also smaller than i thought it will be. the bed also didn't feel as supportive like the pictures show, seemed kinda old and worn. hard to get any good rest.

The location was acceptable for getting around.

incorrect price delayed washing
the location was close to the bts line, great for catching trains and a short walk to terminal 21.
The price of drinks on the menu at the pool bar was incorrect and a can of coke doubled in price (this wasn't appreciated). some washing i asked for was delayed for 24 hours. It was done in time, but i wasn't paying express pricing as it was not my fault. one staff member wasn't aware one of us speaks fluent thai and called us rude when we had actually shown patience throughout the delay.

Fantastic stay in renovated rooms
daily cleaning spacious room convenient location
The hotel provided daily room cleaning. My room included a good desk and felt spacious enough. A cash machine was conveniently located just outside the front door. I found the rooftop area a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day.
I noticed parking was VERY limited.
