missing milk tv channels
the location allowed good access to public transport.
the tv had channels not working. there was no body milk in the room. i think the lack of these amenities detracted from the overall experience, particularly given the hotel's rating.

an acceptable stay
good breakfast pastries
the breakfast was alright (i especially liked the pastries).
The room felt a bit stuffy . I suspect there were issues with the ventilation system. keeping the window open wasn't ideal. honestly, i expected better air circulation.

cute reception normal bed hot water
the reception was very cute. the room for three had normal beds. the shower always had hot water when i needed it.
our room never got cleaned one day. we complained and was offered a bottle of water. there was no hotel bar.

great location awesome breakfast friendly staff
The location worked out great. It was super close to the beach and tons of restaurants. The breakfast choices were awesome! The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

friendly reception perfect location
The reception was super friendly, a BIG plus. The hotel's location is perfect. El born, full of great bars and restaurants, is just across the street.

Excellent Stay Near the Park
friendly welcome helpful information good room hot shower
I received a friendly welcome. The reception staff provided helpful information. The room was a good size for three people. I found the shower always had hot water, which I needed! The breakfast offered good quality food daily. The staff member there was always cheerful. I would certainly book again.
One day our room was not cleaned. We complained and were offered a complimentary bottle of water.

The metro station was very close. The hotel is near the Gothic district. It is also close to the Santa Maria del Mar cathedral. I found the quay with the port easy to access.
