Excellent stay with modern comforts
attentive staff central location tasty breakfast
The room was super clean, cleaned every day by attentive staff. I appreciated the hotel's central location. Several buses stop right outside, allowing easy exploration of the area. Breakfast offered good service and a tasty selection of items.
The understaffed bar resulted in a long wait. I waited an hour for a beer. This spoiled the leisurely New Year's day.
Service
9/10
The front desk staff offered a nice welcome during a busy weekend. The breakfast team worked very well together, ensuring efficient service. This created a positive and seamless experience (they were really efficient!).
Rooms
10/10
The bedroom was a perfect size, equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower. A seating area by the window and a large desk with a chair were included. Modern features like controls for the blinds and different light settings enhanced the room.
Location
9/10
The hotel is ideally located about a 20-25 minute walk from Big Ben. This provides convenient access to attractions without being in a crowded area. Several shops, restaurants, and transport options are nearby.
