helpful staff good food
The front desk helped me get a taxi quickly. The restaurant offered very good food. The breakfast was wonderful. but the staff was amazing.
The pool towels were small, and I only got hand towels.

helpful staff family room good breakfast attentive service
i found the staff very helpful throughout my stay i stayed in a larger family room it had two double beds and a single bed the breakfast was also really good and not too busy both mornings. the hotel was busy but the staff were attentive and served everyone with a smile.
i noticed the gym could use a bit more cleaning the equipment had some dust the floor needed a sweep i think more regular upkeep would really improve this facility.

bottled water helpful staff
The included bottled water was a nice touch after a long day. I REALLY appreciated it. The temperature in the room was easy to adjust and kept the space comfortable. I also liked the helpful staff at reception.
The shower had a difficult temperature control. It was hard to get it just right. I think it's a BIG inconvenience.

The room contained blackout curtains and they REALLY worked well. A safe was available in the room, ensuring secure storage. The room included a desk with easily accessible power outlets and it was convenient.

a grateful guest's experience
efficient check-in spacious room comfortable beds convenient parking
the reception staff helped us immediately i am grateful for their quick and efficient check-in the room was spacious and i particularly appreciated the very comfortable beds i found plenty of convenient parking on the premises. i was thankful for the assistance with taxi arrangements and local recommendations offered by the staff
the pool seemed heavily chlorinated it. i noticed a thermostat reading 35 degrees there

the breakfast selection included a wide array of choices catering to varied preferences we found something for everyone the bistro offered a delicious hake dish our server recommended it and i appreciated her kindness and amazing smile.

our family room had decent beds it suited everyone well it also included a fridge this allowed us to keep snacks and extra milk cold it was a great addition when traveling with children.

the hotel features a gym it has three treadmills and two stationary bikes the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section i saw a fast charger four kilometers from the hotel in carnmore.

comfy beds lovely staff
i found the breakfast selection amazing it included a great atmosphere i appreciate that beds were comfy i also noticed everyone was treated respectfully the staff seemed lovely it made my stay even better i spoke to brian donoghue he was lovely and informative
the pool changing rooms felt small they also felt very cold to me
