The hotel's location near the beach is excellent. I found a beautiful coral reef near the jetty. It offered something new to see. I also liked that it was a short walk to Soho Square for shops and entertainment.
I noticed the room was somewhat worn. I observed rust in the bathroom. The headboard on the bed was also coming apart. It lacked a 5-star feel.

the location is quite convenient since it is near soho square. i found that to be a plus.
the food was not great, it was repetitive. the variety seemed lacking, and i often struggled to find something appealing to eat.. i really wish they had better food options.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Ahmed at the pool bar always had drinks ready and provided excellent service. The hotel surprised us with a special dinner for our anniversary which was a nice gesture. The cleaning room service was also cool and successful, and the room was well-arranged.
The shower doors had grime around them and the bed cabinets had tea stains that remained all week. I feel the rooms can be cleaner. Entertainment was also poor
