The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view. there were many closets for storage. i also appreciated the late check-out option. It made my departure easy. the resort has several pools with sea views and a relaxing beach.
the pool cleaning was subpar, and i found debris. the pool had a noticeable scum line. i found dead lizards floating in the water. the pool water also discolored my hair.

the food had good variety and tasted good. bakery items tasted marvelous. i am grateful to the chef and the restaurant staff, including ramy, ahmed ragab, mohamed eissa, and ihab gerges for the service.

a little slice of paradise!

I appreciated the hotel's layout. Gardens, a health club, and two pools are just at the front! the main building included reception, shops, an atm, restaurants, and bars. a large pool, gardens, waterfalls, and the funicular train are at the back! i found the staff attentive and helpful from arrival.
The bathroom needed some updates, especially the grouting and tiling. It was a minor issue. i kept the curtains open every morning, the sunrises were wonderful.

Our room was quite spacious with a separate sitting area and a large bed. We also had a terrace. it offered a direct view of the sea. The sunrises were just fine, every single morning, what a dream.

The resort boasts several bars. Some are located near the pools while others are closer to the beach. i loved the diving and snorkeling center. I was able to explore the underwater world. So pretty!

i really enjoyed my time here. the hotel offered a very spacious room. the bed was super king size and had a comfortable mattress. i also had an amazing sea view ( amazing). i found no disturbing noises at night.
one very small detail, the gym could use a couple more updated machines.

the reception staff was always available and ready to help with requests. i especially want to thank mohammed abdel ghany, who assisted with all my needs. the reception team were attentive and always smiling.

there are excellent swimming pools on the premises. the hotel includes both a seawater pool and a freshwater pool. the hotel has a private beach suitable for snorkeling with amazing reefs. the hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service.

The pool was questionable. it was not cleaned properly, so i found dead lizards floating in it. also, my hair turned an odd shade of orange after swimming. I didn't anticipate that souvenir.

The staff was prepared to exceed expectations for my satisfaction. The housekeeping staff always left nice artistic designs on the bed. The hotel is very close to Farsha Cafe. Mr Jordanian. I appreciated his attention.
The gym music started at 10 AM with loud club music, which I did not like at all.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with a very comfortable king size bed. There is also a balcony that overlooks the main pool and the sea (I imagine it is fantastic with the large pool).

The hotel has a private beach, actually four small ones. The beach does not have much space or sand, yet it is a great upgrade compared to hotels without a beach.

The staff members were perfect and always wore a smile, helping me whenever possible. I was even allowed a late checkout free of charge until 6 PM on my last day since my flight was at night.

The main restaurant offered great service and tasty food. I will recommend the restaurant to all my friends and family. I especially enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast (they were excellent!).
