i found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. i also appreciated the complimentary drink at the bar. the barman was friendly and shared interesting facts about the area. the rooftop bar was a hidden gem, with a lovely staff and a very relaxed atmosphere.

after the first night, there was a charge for extra tea bags, coffee, and water. i feel these items should be included in the room price.

The location was very convenient. The hotel is close to the main pedestrian thoroughfare, Triana. Helpful staff provided a free upgrade . The rooftop terrace was also a great feature.

I found the breakfast just ok. Items should have been served hot, yet they were tepid.

The hotel location is convenient. I found it easy to walk to many restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace had a bar that was perfect for evening drinks after a day exploring. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Raquel provided excellent restaurant recommendations.
