friendly staff efficient staff complimentary drink rooftop bar
i found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. i also appreciated the complimentary drink at the bar. the barman was friendly and shared interesting facts about the area. the rooftop bar was a hidden gem, with a lovely staff and a very relaxed atmosphere.
after the first night, there was a charge for extra tea bags, coffee, and water. i feel these items should be included in the room price.

The location was very convenient. The hotel is close to the main pedestrian thoroughfare, Triana. Helpful staff provided a free upgrade . The rooftop terrace was also a great feature.
I found the breakfast just ok. Items should have been served hot, yet they were tepid.

The hotel location is convenient. I found it easy to walk to many restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace had a bar that was perfect for evening drinks after a day exploring. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Raquel provided excellent restaurant recommendations.

I liked the room's design and proximity to many shops for food, clothes, and shoes. Marta and other staff members provided excellent service.
The breakfast was not worth the price. On the second morning, the boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and sausages were stone cold.
