perfect location excellent breakfast cold bedroom poor bathroom
The LOCATION WAS PERFECT. the staff ORDERED A TAXI for me. Nothing was too much trouble. BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB. It was served to the table and had an EXCELLENT CHOICE of food.
The BEDROOM WAS COLD when i arrived. I had to phone reception to get the heating working. the BATHROOM WAS POOR.

Elegant Boutique Stay
friendly staff complimentary water
The front desk staff displayed really good friendliness. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals for dinner and breakfast. I found complimentary robes, slippers, bottled water, and cookies in my room. Air conditioning maintained a perfect temperature throughout my stay.
I noticed the absence of parking and charging facilities for electric cars. This was a noticeable disadvantage.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
steep hill limited parking
The location was not great. It sits halfway down a steep hill (a true leg workout). Limited parking exists on the opposite side of the road, so luggage drop-off proved difficult. I had to park on double yellow lines. I found the trek back to the hotel after parking quite long.

Really good City Stay!
central location warm greeting wide selection
The location proved central. The staff greeted me with such warmth! I received a complimentary glass of bubbly upon arrival. Bottled water and biscuits were also in the room. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection and mimosas included.
The bedroom got very warm. The window had an inside glass that opened, but the outside window did not.

The room included nice extras, such as robes and slippers. The bed provided great comfort. The air conditioning ensured a good night's sleep. I slept soundly. The room was super tidy and tastefully decorated.

The staff was warm and cute. They greeted me with champagne! The receptionist proved pleasant and helpful. She gave great assistance!

The breakfast impressed me greatly. The selection of options felt extensive and excellent. Breakfast also included lovely glasses of mimosas for those who wished it. Food in the restaurant was beautiful and breakfast was cooked to perfection.

central location cute staff comfortable bed
The hotel location is very CENTRAL for exploring. The staff was polite and cute upon arrival. I found the room stylish and clean. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable.
The room did not have a good view. It faced a wall. There was a kitchen vent nearby, and it caused continuous noise throughout the night.
