Wonderful Birthday Celebration Stay!
helpful staff kind staff prosecco glasses great view
The staff was really helpful and kind, especially when they found out it was my husband's special day. I was greeted with glasses of prosecco at the reception. Our room had a great view of St Stephen's Green. It.

The breakfast had a good variety, though not excessively luxurious. I found the fresh carrot cake muffin in my room to be a nice touch. I appreciated the personalized welcome message from the hotel manager too.

Monica at the front door was lovely and very cute! Friendly staff helped us with our luggage upon arrival. The reception staff was enthusiastic and showed us to our room.

I appreciated the early check-in. It was accommodated with such ease. The staff seemed eager to help. They were customer-focused. I enjoyed the UNLIMITED breakfast options. The location for breakfast is excellent.
The hotel charges extra for car parking. I did not expect to pay this fee. I think parking should be included. It is important to me.

The staff was always on the lookout for helping me. Bronagh was Really good in securing a table for six at Glovers Alley restaurant, and I valued her communication with me.

The breakfast was lovely, and the food was delicious!!! The restaurant and bar are a must, offering beautiful food and superb cocktails. The options at breakfast seemed UNLIMITED, pleasing my entire group.

attentive staff convenient location parking availability
the staff was very attentive, and i liked there was plenty of water available, it kept me hydrated (very important for a traveler!). i found the location convenient for exploring the city center, a major plus. parking availability was also a benefit to my visit.
the room i booked was somewhat small, not as large as i expected.

The hotel car service was convenient. They took the car and parked it. my room included a balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. breakfast each morning offered excellent options.

clean beds comfortable seating fresh produce friendly staff
The seating area in the room included very comfy and tidy seating. The breakfast offered fresh produce and many hearty options (the fruit salad was very nice!). The staff were cute, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary mini bar, stocked daily with refreshing drinks and tasty snacks.
The bathroom towels were a bit thin for my preference, I would have liked them to be more plush.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome and efficient check-in. The concierge service was always available and ready to assist with directions. The team throughout the hotel were responsive to requests.
