An okay experience
convenient location helpful staff rooftop pool poor housekeeping cleaning detail inadequate services
The hotel location was quite convenient. It provided easy access to various attractions. The staff offered helpful restaurant recommendations. THE rooftop pool was a nice escape from the heat.
I found the housekeeping to be below average. There was a lack of detail in cleaning. The concierge services also seemed inadequate. There was little enthusiasm or effort in helping me with my plans.

underwhelming stay. service was inconsistent
limited options shampoo issue
i was looking forward to my stay. but i had some issues. the restaurant menu felt quite limited. prices seemed too high for the quality. also, basic items like shampoo weren't refilled. that was annoying.
