lovely stay
attentive stafffresh foodpeaceful location
i found the staff to be very attentive. breakfast included various food options that seemed fresh daily. the hotel location was in a peaceful area near aventine hill, this allows convenient access to good restaurants.
the room was a real let down, it was tiny, not enough space to open both our suitcases.

front desk staff greets guests with cheer and assists with questions regarding touring the city. they respond quickly when requests for taxi service are received, which ensures guests can move around easily. this is a valuable support.

the hotel rooms include convenient snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. also, the breakfast has a very good selection and the option to have some prepared eggs and pancakes, which makes the mornings better. the location is good.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's beautiful garden area it was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. The staff was always polite they provided really good service. Breakfast offered a huge array of fresh food I especially remember the honeycomb.
The hotel is located in a generally quiet neighborhood but the walking distances to some sights can be long.
