the hotel was impeccably clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the afternoon tea service (between 5 and 7:30 pm) a good addition. the breakfast offered great variety, with options for everyone. (the fresh fruit selection was a highlight).
the front desk staff occasionally seemed preoccupied.

The staff were very friendly and kind. My room was very clean.
I found a serious problem with the mini fridge in my room. It did not work at all, and my drinks were not cold. I informed a staff member about it, but nothing happened .
